Team Building Activities are designed to ensure a high percentage of participation while enabling staff to get to know one and another in a less confronting environment than the office. It is also a great forum to meet all staff team members given the company may have had a significant change in staffing over the last 12-18 months.
Anderson Events has managed hundreds of team building activities over the last 10 years for all types of corporations – with the results always being the same – lots of fun and bonding as a group. Masterchef Challenge is just one example of Team Building Day.
Staff can be put into teams and will be given a number of cooking challenges to be made to earn the title of Company Master Chef’s. We can provide all ingredients and equipment and have different challenges on offer for the budding chefs to complete. Everyone will be given the opportunity to sample and critique the beautiful culinary offerings served up by the Master Chef Teams.
Points will be awarded for team work, presentation and of course taste. At different times throughout the challenge all chefs will be required to complete extra point’s challenges such as singing a song as team to the rest of the participants, creating a limerick, naming the new menu items created etc.
We will invite a leading Chef to be the critic of each of the prepared dishes.
