The beauty of our system lies in our ability to provide the best possible trainer for you. No single personal trainer, regardless of skill, can be equally effective with all people. Like other professionals, trainers differ in skills, specialities, experiences, background and methods. And like all people, trainers vary in style and personality. Our people, both male and female, post-graduate exercise science students, aerobics and fitness instructors, physical education teachers and physical therapists.
Our trainers also have wide-ranging expertise and practical experience with special populations including seniors, pre-natal and post-natal women, and those recuperating from injury.
We work with men and women of all ages with varying fitness levels and goals. Our clients include white and blue-collar workers, models, business executives, athletes, professionals, retired people, students, housewives, and all people seeking to improve their appearance, fitness and self-esteem. Whether you want to lose body fat and tone your body, body build serious muscle, recover from injury, or reclaim health and spunk -- we will help you do it. We get results.
Client's identities, information, records, and conversations with trainers are guarded in the strictest confidentiality by our trainers.
We offer structured fitness programs by quality fitness professionals to suit the needs of individuals and corporations. We generally provide three levels, i.e. beginner, intermediate and advanced and set a 6 – 8 week program to suit the each level.
A professional highly experienced Certified personal trainer most suited to your fitness needs, schedule and location will work with you one-on-one in a designated gym, outdoors or in your home. A customized body shaping program and diet plan will be designed and implemented with you including:
· Diet and Nutrition
· Aerobic Work for Fat Loss
· Weight Training
· Cardiovascular conditioning
· Stretching
Price Schedule Monday to Friday per hour (includes GST)
One on one: $88.00
Two persons: $99.00
Three persons: $110.00
4 persons: $120.00
5 persons or more: Price on Application
(Weekend Rates: One on One: $110 )
Minimum 2 sessions per week for a 6 - 8 week program
